Jewish Blind & Disabled Projects
Jewish Blind & Disabled provides state-of-the-art mobility apartments with 24/7 on-site support, designed to enable people to live more independently.
One in five people in the UK suffers from physical disability or impaired vision. The majority have to face this as a shocking and life changing diagnosis that can feel like a sentence to a future of dependence on others. Jewish Blind & Disabled is the only Jewish Charity ensuring that this does not happen.
Our tenants enjoy the best of both worlds – the privacy of their own mobility apartment and the opportunity to socialise in our many clubs and activities supported by our volunteers in our buildings across North West and North East London.
