Camp Simcha – Toy Collection
Support our Toy Drive and make sure seriously ill children, in over 100 hospital wards, hospices and in the community, receive a brand new toy.
Camp Simcha exists to support and improve the quality of life for Jewish families in the UK coping with serious childhood illness. It does this by providing a range of 24/7 support services for the parents and powerful positive experiences for the children, including the siblings.
We need help in collecting as many toys as possible so that we can make sure that every child receives something – we help children of all ages from 0 to 18. We are looking for volunteers to organise a collection of new toys and bring them to the head office in Hendon.
These toys are then sorted on our famous ‘Toy Drive packing day’ and delivered to hospitals all over London and Manchester.
Examples of toys: NEW board games, stationary, small puzzles, card games, activity kits – all unwrapped.
We will supply you with our lovely Large Collection boxes so just contact us to arrange a delivery.
We are also looking for people with large cars to drop off boxes and for collection of the toys post Mitzvah Day.
We ask that toys are delivered to: Camp Simcha, The House, 12 Queens Road, Hendon, London, NW4 2TH
