Donate Clothes and Accessories We are a charity based in Nottingham known as White Rose supporting the Aegis Trust, a local charity which works towards the prevention of genocide. It started in 2000 with the National Holocaust Centre in North Nottinghamshire. It is now an international organisation based at the Genocide Memorial Centre in Kigali, Rwanda, running peace-building and education programmes in countries at risk of genocide. Aegis also supports genocide survivors, particularly in Rwanda, to rebuild their lives after unspeakable trauma and loss. You can find out more about our charity at www.aegistrust.org and www.youtube.com/watch?v=hKFMwXx3EQ0. At White Rose we sell men’s and women’s beautiful recycled fashion and accessories at our seven shops, two of which are on Nottingham’s Market Square. We carefully source and handpick our stock and fix or up-cycle any damaged items. Anything else, we recycle. The Covid crisis has seriously impacted on the life-saving work of Aegis and more than ever, White Rose needs to raise funds to support it. Any donation will make an enormous difference.
